How does it feel to take what you need and shamelessly nourish yourself, for the sake of your growth and development? As adults, and even as kids, why are we often ashamed to get nurtured, sustain ourselves and satisfy our needs openly?
One of the topics rarely spoken about in achievement-oriented societies is the process of nourishment and fulfillment. Perhaps because if people truly knew how to replenish themselves and feel deeply satisfied, there would be less need for the endless chase for the next thing.
What does it mean to feel nourished?
How do we recognize the moment when the body softens, the nervous system settles, and the heart begins to open?
How can somatic awareness help us reconnect with a sense of enoughness?
In Somatic Relating, we explore these questions through attention, movement, touch, and authentic connection.
Together, we create space to slow down, listen to the body, and rediscover the capacity to receive, feel, and relate from a more embodied place. This September, we invite you for a 6-day immersion in Cirali, Turkey into the practice of Somatic Relating — a deeply embodied approach to connection, nourishment, and human interaction. Through movement, water practices, touch, sound, and guided relational exercises, we explore how to create safe, authentic, and satisfying connections with ourselves and others.
