Sasha is a social psychologist and somatic practitioner with over 25 years of experience, guiding people into deeper connection with themselves, nature and others, through the body.
A certified Bodymind Gestalt therapist, certified embodiment facilitator (EFC), Sasha draws from a wide range of somatic and psychotherapeutic approaches. She is an internationally recognized teacher of Contact Improvisation, a Deep Listening practitioner, author and mentor of postgraduate programs for psychologists and facilitators in the embodiment therapy field.
She delivers material with high clarity, precision, and intuition, rooted in years of practice with nervous system regulation and co-regulation, empowering touch, emotional attunement, and somatic movement.
She is the founder and lead teacher of the Ocean Dance, a method of teaching underwater movement in the eco-somatic approach (oceandance.net), and developer of the Somatic Relating — a practice that invites authentic presence, emotional honesty, and relational intelligence through movement, touch, and embodied awareness. These two projects, Ocean Dance and Somatic Relating, grow together — each nourishes and informs the other, sharing a common language of trust, fluidity, and connection, whether on land or in water.
Sasha regularly hosts retreats, festivals, and advanced trainings around the world (Europe, Thailand, Indonesia, Brazil, Mexico, Egypt, Turkey, Maldives, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan), holding spaces where movement becomes a doorway into intimacy, healing, and ecological awareness.
Sasha is also a translator of books on Somatic Psychology by her teacher Annie Brook (anniebrook.com), and the author of the blog "Body My Home" (bodymyhome.com), where she shares her articles on living through the body and presents her online courses.
